These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchases from Zorelie at zorelie.shop, operated by Zorelie ("we", "us", "our"), located at —, —. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
What we sell
Zorelie sells apparel and related merchandise as described on each product page, including available sizes, colors, and prices.
Ordering
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirmation. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors — and if payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Prices & currency
All prices on zorelie.shop are listed in USD and, where required, include applicable taxes; any taxes or shipping costs added at checkout are shown before you confirm payment. You will be charged in USD. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.
Payments
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Your card details are entered on a payment form served over an encrypted (TLS) connection and are transmitted directly to Stripe. We never see, store, or process your full card number on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
- The charge on your card statement will appear as Zorelie (or Zorelie).
- Payment is captured at the time of purchase.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy at zorelie.shop/policies/shipping and shown at checkout.
Returns, refunds & cancellations
You may cancel any unshipped order for a full refund and return delivered items within 30 days, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy at zorelie.shop/policies/refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Promotions & discount codes
Discount codes apply only to the current order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We may end a promotion at any time; orders already placed keep their applied discount.
Disputes & chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@zorelie.shop first — we investigate every billing question within 1 business day and issue refunds where due. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may take significantly longer to resolve through your bank.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or place fraudulent orders.
Intellectual property
All content on zorelie.shop — product photos, text, designs, logos, and branding — belongs to Zorelie and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for our negligence causing personal injury, or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of —, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
